"Small, simple, but immaculate hotel, with comfortable and spotless rooms, and the most beautiful views of Kamala Beach and sunsets. Ask for a room on the second floor to get the view. Super friendly staff, starting with JOY, who made us feel at home when we checked in, and made us smile a lot explaining everything in the room. Then wonderful Lita, Amar, and intern student Moona, all super friendly. Breakfast is good value for the price, enough for starting the day ready to enjoy the beach and sightseeing. Location is great for restaurants, shopping, massage, bars, everything closes before midnight, so quiet enough for us. The only reason giving a 4 star to the location is the Bar 99 downstairs, is noisy, some weed smell coming from there, so we couldn't sit at our balcony at times, and we saw their staff throwing garbage at the river right beside, which of course ends up going to the beach. Not Layalina's hotel fault at all, but didn't enjoy that part. Otherwise, would definitely return."
