"Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"Property is 9.8/10 (docked .2 points due to cleanliness of the hot tub (or is it a pool?) we couldn't use it as it was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. Super clean, modern, and luxurious. Communication with host was terrible. I didn't get check in instructions until 11am same day. Host was unresponsive until day of check in. It was giving me anxiety (how can I tell the 10 other people flying in I wasn't sure the place was confirmed?) Other than that, the stay itself was extremely pleasant....

"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."
