"Staying here really was an amazing experience. Too many good things to say about this hotel! Place was quiet and very clean! Bed sheets and towels were all soft and clean, all the time! Room service and house keeping was spot on with amazing and well mannered staff. The restaurant and breakfast buffet had a ton of options with many different styles and cultures of food. There was something there for everyone! There is an app for the hotel which made it supper easier and convenient to request ANYTHING from your phone. The hotel sits on top of a hill so you will need to request to be picked up and dropped off, all the time. But with the app, it is super convenient and easy. I never waited more than 5 mins for a ride/pickup. Reason being that the hotel is quiet, is due to it not being very close to local markets/ local shops. Hotel is kind of secluded, with maybe a few shops and a couple restaurants on top of the hill nearby. Though, the hotel does provide shuttle pick up and drop off every hour to the center of the Patong beach city. They literally have you covered in all areas for your trip. Would definitely come back and stay here! "
