"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall."

"I LOVED the cleaning ladies, we stayed there for 13 nights. It was absolute bliss coming home to a clean mopped house every day. Not only that, they noticed we had laundry to be done. Washed, dried, folded and delivered next day. Shuttle bus was only too friendly to drop us anywhere around Kamala. Would highly recommend. Love you guys ! "
