"Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are a little small but made it work with 2A and 2C. Breakfast was plentiful and room amenities handy. Easy access to trains and a 7/11 and Family Mart super close. "

Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room. "

"Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. That was the only downside if you get a room in the higher...

The onsen was a true blessing, providing us with much-needed relaxation every night. The check-in process could be improved, as there is only one queue, which can be slow at times.
