"Tiny room, but I was expecting that. The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient. Close to Ryogoku Station made it very convenient. Lawson on site was genius. Laundry facility clean and easy to use. I ate at their buffet and it was fine, but lots of places to eat nearby. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel, could see the Senso-ji Temple from the window, plenty of restaurants nearby, a Don Quijote store at the door, metro station not too far. "As far as I and my grandsons were concerned, there was nothing to dilike about the Sun Route Plaza Hotel. Everything we were looking for was within a 5 / 10 minute walk. ( Shopping, Railway Station, Pub ) The staff were really helpful, Checking In & Checking Out, and those I spoke to had really good english. ( Much better than my Japanese ) We have already discussed going back next year."

"Property was in a great location. Very close to Shinjuku station (easy to get everywhere). The room was smaller (normal for Tokyo), but used the space efficiently, it had everything I needed, and was clean. They did offer free coffee/juice and bread in the morning, but I never partook. If I were staying in that area of Tokyo, I would definitely stay there again. "
