"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. "Small tight room, but probably reasonable for Tokyo (1st time visit so nothing to compare it to). Provided hotel basics and were able to store luggage unsecured after checkout, in the lobby. Convenient store access right across the street was great"
