"Crabwall Manor looks stunning as you arrive. We visited during the Christmas period and it was decorated beautifully with lights and trees. Checkin was easy and staff helpful with ordering a tax so we could visit the Christmas market. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable too. The blinds on the skylights were broken so, had to use a coat hanger to reach to close them. We also had a leak on the extractor fan in the bathroom. This was following a tremendous amount of rain....

"I arrived after a rather heart-stopping journey through Storm Darragh. And as I was checking in the power went off. There were a few refugees from the storm and staff who couldn't get home after their shift. The kitchen was in darkness and powerless so no food available but the bar did stay open! The staff were cheerful and helpful finding a duvet to wrap up a chilly lady. True community spirit at it's best!"

"Lovely quaint inn with loads of character. Staff were friendly and polite. fast check-in. Good choice of evening menu. Quality of food was really good. On a negative note, stayed in room 16 which has a very noisy toilet mulcher which makes a very loud grinding noise when flushing the toilet or even just running a tap. "
