Only very small negative was check out time on my booking said 12pm, we had a cleaner walk in without knocking at 10:30 & then at 11:30 knocking to ask if we where leaving soon. I understand completely they have rooms to turn round & the mistake at coming in the first time I would have forgiven as a mistake but being rushed then at 11:30 it just felt like they wanted us out. "

However, I am aware that the hotel needs some work spent on it, the rooms are a good size, but everything is tired, the shower works but is old, the sink drains slowly, the bed is clean but old - it all just needs a refresh and a bit of love I have never eaten in the restaurant in the evening, the food might be good, but it is just not appealing, again it feels un-loved the staff are nice,...

"Staff checked me in very quickly but felt some things were missing at check-in, for example telling me how to connect to the WiFi and the times of the buses to the airport (I had to Ask). Extremely quiet room which is great as I’m a light sleeper. Hotel very close to airport but cost for taxi in the morning if the hotel organise it is ridiculous - £15 for a few minutes drive! Consider collaborating with the taxi companies to offer a low fare for Marriott guests."
