"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. "This is a very comfortable house in a very convenient location. The house is well supplied. The kitchen is particularly pleasant. Spacious and bright with a cozy eating nook. Located on a quiet street with a charming vegetarian pub across the way, the house is a short walk to the vibrant Main Street of Jericho and a leisurely 20 minute walk to the heart of Oxford. A manager is next door to handle any problems. We would definitely come back."

"Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...
