"Check in was easy, the guy was so helpful- I think he was called Mackenzie! Let us check in 20 mins early as the room was ready, explained how we could walk to the NEC. Room was fine, beds were comfy, it was fairly clean , shower worked well. Breakfast was amazing, fresh pancakes my son loved! Overall an amazing stay for the price "
