The room was too hot as aircon had too high a minimum and windows did not open. No fridge or mini bar in room. No shaving mirror or paper or pens in room. 2 tea bags wholly inadequate."

"We requested an early check-in prior to our stay however received no reply from the hotel. However, upon arrival the staff were willing to accommodate our request. When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. Room and en-suite was very spacious, although shower cubicle was on the small side. A large, smart tv in room however no remote and spare remote provided was...

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"Nice hotel, bed was a little firm for my liking. Room was spacious but sparcely decorated and in need of a refresh, particularly the bathroom. Food was OK, what you expect from a budget hotel. Staff were freindly and helpful."
