"For the price, the general standard of the property was OK, but there were a number of problems. First, the description "one bedroom apartment" is misleading - this is one bedroom within an apartment, not the same thing at all. Second, the area does not feel safe. It is a primarily industrial area, some of it derelict, and I would have been nervous going there late at night. Last, although it was fairly clean overall, there was a condom in its wrapper in the bedside drawer. "

"Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance. However, would absolutely recommend "

"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"We were a group of 7 ranging from 24-86 & a dog - the cottage was an absolute home from home. Downstairs bathroom & bedroom meant my mum with mobility issues was comfortable. The tiled floors downstairs mean no worries about dirty feet and paws. The house is comfortable & homely, you don't feel like you are treading on eggshells as everything is well used (in a good way) so you're not scared about touching anything!
