"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even included a handwritten note and a small origami rabbit for me in the room. It’s was heartwarming. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go to Tokyo again."

"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. "Great place to stay as this hotel is very close to the JR Hamamatsucho station. This is an excellent location if you are flying to or out of Tokyo, Haneda airport, as the airport monorail departs from this station. We used this hotel as the first and the last hotel for our trip to Japan."
