"This hotel is in an excellent location for access to many of the museums. It was a short walk across Grant Park to Shedd Aquarium. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive the room was a bit dated but functional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but that was to be expected at this price point. "Staff is friendly throughout the hotel. Clean room with a great view of city. Fridge was cold. Shower had a strong hot water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust. The hair dryer is surprisingly really good. There’s a chipotle connected to the hotel in the lobby. Only gripes is since the hotel is close to northwestern hospital campus there’s sirens of ambulances through the night. If you’re close to the elevators they can be loud. Elevator wait can be a bit long....
