"Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. "

"Not the usual accommodations for me but given my last minute decision to travel to Cape Town and it being high season what more could I ask for. The property was clean and the staff was excellent. Staff, Ntsika Nqebe went above and beyond to help my guests and I settle in and remain comfortable. "Vary good position in town walking distance to town centre and close driving for table mountain and the water front, pity there was not a fridge in room and shower could have had a bit more pressure "

The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking.
