"My wife and I had the most amazing and luxurious stay at the Taj. From the moment we walked in, Rita on reception met us with the most incredible standard of help and support. The room was exactly as we expected and more … the views (wow) and the comfort of the bed and the stunning bath with views - just wow. The bar, and restaurant staff again, we were blessed by all that we met with. I can’t name everyone but would like to make special mentions to Frank and Widaap. "We enjoyed our stay in Coopmanhuijs. The location was perfect right in middle of shops and restaurants. The room was on the small side but very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Besides a good buffet spread, they also served an a la carte warm main. All the choices were excellent. Restaurant in the hotel was also very good. We had dinner one night and enjoyed it very much. Service was amazing. Reception, bell, housekeeping and F&B staff were all fantastic. Valet parking was complimentary. Neil who parked our car and carried our bags was very efficient and friendly. Jonathan at the front office was very helpful and thoughtful. Everyone was just nice!"

"Excellent stay! We initially booked an airstream, which turned out to be quite cramped and the hot water didn’t work. There was also a rooftop party going on, so we called and requested to move to a proper room. The front desk staff accommodated us immediately, which was wonderful. The room was beautiful and quiet, and we got an amazing night’s sleep. Great service!"
