"VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me."

"The property was spacious and comfortable to accommodate 11 adults and 2 kids. Lawrence was a great host who was available to assist at our whim. Definitely recommend to large groups and we’ll be back again."

"The property itself is an excellent place to stay, up to ~30mins drive from most of the best places to visit in cape town. I recommend it for a large family, and we shall definitely look to visit again. I will note that when you are making payment, avoid bank transfers, we had a problem with that and ended up losing half our deposit. Make sure you confirm all instructions on phone, email alone may not be safe enough."

"The house didn’t have any full length mirror nor did it have electrical outlets in the bathrooms. Couldn’t use the tv to stream a movie on cable. Pool had a large tube in it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. "

The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. "We were fortunate to spend two months enjoying Graham’s home in Newlands. He was quick to address our minimal concerns and made sure that the home was well cared for throughout our stay with x3/week cleanings and regularly gardening. The home is well designed and laid out. There are many cozy spots in the house, but the sun room with all the doors open is simply the best. Our sons played for hours in the garden and the pool is a great size for exercise and play. "

"From booking the property till leave Martijn was extremely helpful. The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. A welcome pack, on how to use things would be beneficial going forward. The location for us was great, 10 minute walk down...
