"We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. "

The host was easy to communicate with. We recommend taking some time to walk around Old San Juan – it's worth exploring."

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

"We stayed at this property for about a week in late fall. It is a great location right in the middle of Old San Juan. Clean. Spacious. Met and even exceeded expectations. The terrace is very large, wrapping around the full length of the unit on two sides and quite wide. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and requests.
