"The apartment was great! Great location, large terrace which overlooked Calle de la Luna. This is where we spent most of time. Very clean, kitchen was good for preparing simple meals. Master bedroom was roomy. The second bedroom was small but comfortable. Three flights of stairs were no problem for us."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"The location was perfect. The room was spotless with water bottles in the fridge a hot plate to cook, plenty of toiletries, real coffee and very convenient. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton Hotel, has a balcony over looking the ocean and is in walking distance from the beach and water activities. The host was responsive and the guard is friendly. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I'd definitely stay here again."

"My stay here was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday. Waking up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Playa Mar Chiquita was so close and a beautiful beach to relax. Lily and her husband were great hosts! Excellent with communication and they made the experience that much better. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for everything!"

"Our stay was nothing but perfect. The location was great. The loft was spacious and clean. Only problem we came across was the Iron someone burnt something which messed up one outfit trying to use. The host was very easy to communicate with , the kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. We will definitely reach out to stay here again. "

"What I didn’t like was everything from no hot water in the bathroom sink to the peeling paint on the furniture to the electronic lock on the door which only worked after 15 tries !!!! I could go on and on !!!!"

"The best thing about this stay is the host, Rebecca. She is super responsive and eager to make your stay special. The location is between Old San Juan and Condado…so both are easy to get to via Uber. The beach (El Escambron) was easy to get to and is walkable. The place was very clean and as described. Loved the patio out back with the lights. A great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day."

"We were surprised that it was a 3rd story walk-up and I think that would be good to add to the description of this place. The only other negative was that the AC was only in the bedroom and the fan didn't work in the rest of the space. "My daughter thought the description of place was too good to be true but it was EXACTLY as described. The place is so clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable (hubby didn’t want to get out of bed). We were grateful for the cold water in the fridge! We enjoyed the local eateries. Taco place next door was delicious. The balcony over looking the street and the private courtyard was an added bonus. "
