"Loved this hotel - cleaning staff seemed a bit lacking. Our room was out of all the basics when we checked in and it took a while to get that remedied. Otherwise, great location, room was very comfortable. We arrived late and had an excellent dinner at the restaurant downstairs We hope to be back!"

The hotel is absolutely lovely and right smack dab in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. Super cool little photo booths on site as well as an adorable sweet treats cafe with the friendliest shopkeeper. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! We truly did not want to leave and now we can’t wait to go back again. It was an awesome place to stay and we had a fabulous vacation in Old San Juan! "
