"We were met with a warm greeting and a big smile! Mr. Mendez had already called to make sure we were comfortable finding the house, when we were driving from San Juan Airport. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was very secure! All of the amenities this home had to offer makes this one a cut above the rest! Electrical service and water service can be spotty at times in Puerto Rico, so; needless to say, the cistern and backup power system came in very handy during our stay! The house is...

"Our first trip to Puerto Rico our stay at Casa Lila was amazing. The ocean views from the bedroom balcony and rooftop were fabulous. The bedrooms decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable.There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs that could be challenging from some.There is a couch that pulls out and small shower and toilet downstairs It is a short walking distance to historic area , shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the owner was very responsive for any questions "

"From the photos I know I was going to like this place. My parents love historical buildings so I decided to rent this as a surprise for the last few days of our large family vacation. We were all stunned at how amazing this place was! To experience the history of this amazing town all while having spectacular accommodations, was truly a treat me and my family will never forget. "Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

The pool and back yard was something we just couldn’t leave - we had a lot of activities planned but kept coming back to be in the pool and cook out on the grill. "My friend and I had an incredible stay here! The place was clean and comfortable, beautiful location and safe neighborhood. Communication with Anibal was great, he was very quick to respond and give recommendations. We had an issue with the key when we arrived and Anibal sent over his brother within minutes to help us. He had all the kitchen and bathroom essentials (more than most other airbnbs). I think the only things I would add are a hairdryer, bottle of oil for cooking and extra blankets....
