My other brothers stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath one and that was freaking nice!!! The Villa sits perfectly between a bar district and town square with a pharmacy, grocery market and plenty of dining options. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "

"I will start with the positives. The location is fantastic. I don’t think k we could have planned a better location if we tried. Communication with the management company was great, including issue notification (more on that in a bit). "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
