"First the hair dryer brush had other people's hair in it. There was no iron or ironing board and the steamer didn't work. The hdmi switch wasn't connected to anything so we couldn't connect our own devices. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect, cozy and comfortable. Very close by to everything.
