Parking was a chore small turnaround to checkin check out and if delivery trucks are there blocking the way good luck. They do have off site parking for fee which is only option but it’s a five minute walk and trying to access for 1st time is going to drive you nuts if you follow any app. navigation. Other than parking room was clean quiet and great view of bay from balcony

We had stayed at the hotel before but it had deteriorated a lot. We had to request a change of rooms due to hard smell. Before they had a good breakfast now is a poor continental one. No other choices around for breakfast. The main entrance is on the side of the building where all the deliveries are done for the next door hotels. We will not stay there again.

Parking is at a different property that is not the easiest to access, just because of the one way streets. Also, they assured me it was only $15 a day but I ended up getting charged $22

It’s 30 minutes to Old San Juan walking, and 10 min in a taxi. It was safe to walk around the area at night. The hotel was clean. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The hotel was decent if you are not looking for anything fancy and extra. It was a great sized room nice shower. However the hotel was very muggy and left me and my husband congested after checking out. Overall we were content with the room. The parking area was inconvenient as you had to walk to and from the parking garage each time which is about a 5 minute walk each way

The housekeepers are very helpful but don't come daily to replenish the towels. The property is convenient to the restaurant and I like the ocean view from the windows and hallways. The place needs some renovation and the bathroom fan is not working, I called their attention to it but I did not get a response back except when the front desk told me that, they would get a replacement but they never showed up before I left the hotel. They need to include a bagel in their continental breakfast.

The view from our room was phenomenal and it was right on the ocean, however, our room was filthy. I don't think the linens got changed (the bed was made) as there was hair, fingernails, and food stains on our sheets. There was pubic hair found in the bathroom. We also found makeup from the previous guest in plain sight. The floors were very dirty. If you want to stay in a great location, this hotel is for you. If you prefer your rooms cleaner - you might want to stay away.

The hotel is in an excellent area, however the breakfast was not worth it, they serve muffins toast cereal and fruit. The hotel does not have a pool and there is no where around that has a pool unless you buy a day pass. The view that the room has is amazing and the staff was very friendly and all spoke English and Spanish. The rooms are not anything high class it is an older hotel and you can tell by the Maintence of a lot of the things located in the room, I guess you get what you pay for.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Floor was gritty and appeared to have not been vacuumed. Bed was absolutely THE WORST!!! Was not even made correctly. Had just one thin beige sheet to cover yourself. There was no flat sheet. The sheets had hair and other lint pieces all over! My husband went to desk and asked to have floor vacuumed and sheets changed. We went out for a little bit and came back to the bed made with the SAME sheets! We stayed Thurs thru Monday, garbage was not picked up EVER!!!! Nasty place!!
