"The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious. There was no coffee for the Nespresso machine despite a request. The shower had extensive mold on the tiles and a large damp patch on the ceiling where the paint was peeling off. THESE ISSUES NEED URGENT ATTENTION."

"The property was unique in its location on a peninsula. It was interesting, warm, unique. Loved the in room sauna and private hot tub which we paid extra for. A major con is that we repeatedly had to chase other guests out of our PRIVATE hot tub. No dining options mid week and nothing really nearby. No microwave. Limited space to place or store personal items or food. It was a lovely place. We would returned, but prepared next time. Housekeeping and amenities quite limited. "

"Staff helpful ,location nearest airport ,shuttle transfer provided.Simple breakfast start at 3am. We can see the northern lights infront of guesthouse when we stayed . Highly recommended "

"Great breakfast. Close to the airport. Guesthouse accommodation includes breakfast at the hotel, which is delicious and beautifully decorated over the holidays. Only downside is guesthouse has shared bathrooms."

"A super sweet spot with very helpful staff and owners, a lovely full morning breakfast, right near the Keflavik international airport. We didn't spend a ton of time here cuz we're busy out and about but it would have been a lovely landing spot to sit, read books and hang on the hot tub."

"We stayed on the 28th December 2024 for our son’s 13th Birthday. We stayed in the Hekla dome, and all we can say is WOW!!!!! The dome is amazing, the view is amazing, the experience was amazing. Our two kids (9 &13) loved the bunk bed and whilst cosy it wasn’t cramped even with four of us. The radio is a great addition to sit and listen to whilst playing cards or chess and watching the night sky.
