"Room / 'balcony' was not as photos showed on booking. Our room was ground floor, which meant great access out onto the beachfront along the corridor, but our 'balcony' was a patio into the alleyway. The room overall was clean, but had a strong (unpleasant) stale smell which hung around for two days despite trying to ventilate. Room decor was outdated and tired, but the bed was very large and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a thicker bed cover available (only a sheet on the bed), as...

"We were a bit apprehensive about our choice not realizing it was a 2* hotel but were pleasantly surprised. Great for a one night stay. Hotel was clean, rooms were a good size and location to Chalong Pier was great. Just an FYI there is no elevator so hefting a heavy suitcase up 2 or 3 floors could be a challenge for some. "

"I checked in right around 130 am on new years. And I get that it’s a holiday but there was no staff to check me and 2 other girls in. We slept on a chair until morning until staff showed up. The key that I received did not work with the door of our shared room. Some safety concerns there. Although, the location is pretty good. "
