"While the grounds are lovely, room spacious and pools across the resort offer great choice there were some elements that made the stay less than what we had expected. Check in was lengthy and required a room move for part of our family. We were not aware that different room types were in different buildings so even though the booking had same name and we communicated about travelling with family and requesting allocation near the rest of our party> we weren't advised until check in that rooms...

"Hotel was very good and exceptionally clean. Rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast was ok, lots of options. Kids eat free if you dine in at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is card only but most places out and about are cash. Overall a great holiday and would definitely go back. About an hour transfer from the Airport. "

"For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in...
