"It is a great property because of it's location, but until you get used to the layout, it's kind of strange arrangement with surrounding buildings. It could use a little updating here and there, but it was very comfortable and the staff there were magnificent. Obviously ownership and management are focused on the right things."

"The ambience at The Frutta is warm and inviting. The staff are terrific. The breakfast is excellent, all one can eat. They clean the room daily. This is my second time here and I hope to come next year."

"Good location. just a short walk to beach and plenty eating options nearby. The room is specious and cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket."

"The hotel was excellent, it looked and was different from the normal hotels I’ve stayed in which made it even better. Staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Nathan, NeNe, Philip, Alan, Nan, Mai, Penny, Pia, Tony and Fiw for their friendliness, professionalism and making this experience something to remember for future memories.
