"I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at the Marriott Merlin Beach Resort. The staff are AMAZING. We absolutely loved being greeted with their warm smiles. They were extremely attentive to our needs during meals, sitting at the pool and at the beach by the Rum Shack. The resort is very nice and always clean. We opted for the all-inclusive package and were glad we did. The menus at the restaurants were pretty good and we always found something to our liking. If you are looking for a family getaway I would recommend this resort, but be aware it is a little off the beaten path. It is a short taxi or bus ride into Patong, but we didn’t feel the need to leave as all of what we needed was at the resort. There is even an elephant sanctuary only a 5 minute walk up the hill. We will definitely be returning."

"We were very happy with the service of the staff, the buffet breakfast was wonderful. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the jacuzzi was an extension of the pool and not heated. "

"Great location a short 15 minute walk from Old Town. Very helpful tourist desk. Phenomenal breakfast selection including local cuisine, low fat / healthy options and soya milk for people with dietary needs. Diverse, air conditioned fitness centre."

"Immaculate and spacious rooms with super quiet air-conditioning which quickly cools off the room. Staff were kind, accommodating and always had sweet smiles. 😊 So glad we stayed here for eight nights in two sperate rooms with balcony and great views. Thank you."

"This is the perfect starting home base in Phuket if you are trying to visit the local shops and clubs. You can get anything you need nearby. The hotel has a great party at the hotel with live music so expect that there will be noise until around 1am but common your going to be at the party and the other clubs and restaurants in the area that some are open past 5am. After 1am the noise is not bad at all and I slept great. I would for sure stay here again very clean safe place to stay. The style of the hotel is also so much fun."
