"The location of the hotel is great and connected to a mall which was amazing and comfortable. You would note that the hotel has 2 separate buildings and we did the checkin in building no. 1 but stayed in the other building so the check out was longer since the recipients needed to drive to to the building no. 1 to cancel our deposit. "Good place to stay in Phuket. Close to all of the action in the center of town with major malls close by. Even though a no smoking hotel, expect marijauna smoke since some occupants will smoke on their balcony. Do not pay extra for their breakfast buffet. It wasn’t that good. Starbucks and McDonalds close by."

"Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly from cleaners to reception and bar staff and gardeners/ pool people. All happy to help. Very clean. Towels daily at pool. Pool bar was perfect. Arranged a couple of trips whilst there by rep which worked well. Breakfast very expensive. Room was nice shower was great and room service. Great location for getting in and out onto main beach including shops etc. had a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏"

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
