"I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at the Marriott Merlin Beach Resort. The staff are AMAZING. We absolutely loved being greeted with their warm smiles. They were extremely attentive to our needs during meals, sitting at the pool and at the beach by the Rum Shack. The resort is very nice and always clean. We opted for the all-inclusive package and were glad we did. The menus at the restaurants were pretty good and we always found something to our liking. If you are looking for a family getaway I would recommend this resort, but be aware it is a little off the beaten path. It is a short taxi or bus ride into Patong, but we didn’t feel the need to leave as all of what we needed was at the resort. There is even an elephant sanctuary only a 5 minute walk up the hill. We will definitely be returning."

"The staff here was absolutely amazing! Best service so far during my month traveling. I had trouble walking due to a bad sun burn that I got at phi phi island. The staff made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me regularly, and even assisted helping me up the stairs as walking was difficult from the burn. They even brought up delivered food to me so I wouldn’t have to go up and down the stairs. Facility was clean and I loved the room! Extremely close to Old Phuket Town you can get there in about 10 minutes by walking. Easy to get transportation via cab or public transportation. Highly recommend! And again, I can not say enough about how amazing the staff was!!!"

"The hotel is located in the old city of Phuket, making it walkable to the top attractions. The room provided to me is in excellent condition and has a strong AC to withstand the heat of Thailand. The staff members are friendly and make sure that my room is clean whenever I request for it to be replenished."
