"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

"The rooms are a bit dated and internet is fair to good. There is plenty to do nearby and the hotel provides a shuttle (at discounted price) to nearby Patong mall. The hotel and surrounding area had a party atmosphere. The hotel does a v. good job of accommodating guests needs. Our room was damp and the hotel was able to change us to another room.
