"We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, room spacious and comfortable, large balcony, quiet, staff very friendly, service of a high standard, great breakfast choices, and we also enjoyed the bonus happy hour and a head massage each. "Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay. "

"This place is located minutes away from famous Patong Beach street, and less than a min to bunch of high end restaurants, Also behind the otel is zero to beach, view is amazing. It is aplace from the movies. Patong area is little far from the airport, but well worthed to visit. Otel stuff are very respectful and friendly, and helpful to any of your need. They well deserve the tip."

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Although the resort needs some updating, we enjoyed the great breakfast, playing in the waves, and the peaceful energy of the location. It was nice to relax and just take a swim in the ocean or the pool. The beach is really nice white sand and we felt so fortunate to practically have it to ourselves. It was also nice to be able to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime! Thank you to the wonderful staff."
