"We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, room spacious and comfortable, large balcony, quiet, staff very friendly, service of a high standard, great breakfast choices, and we also enjoyed the bonus happy hour and a head massage each. "Lived our 4 night stay. Great location, very nice rooms and the staff was beyond wonderful. They went out of their way to assist and made us feel at home. Patong is a very lively area sand it is packed. I would recommend booking day trips by boat to Phi Phi and/ or James Bond Island"

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"This property was just magical. Identical to the pictures but better in person! The staff were so accommodating and kind. The grounds were amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the location is quite far from everything we had planned, which I did not know but I still would stay here again, especially since I wouldn’t be doing everything a first tome visitor would. You want to relax and wander the grounds in amazement I definitely recommend here!"
