"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

"This place was just very nice. Nothing really stood out. The room and bathroom is a little small, but it was fine for me. It is very close to Tsutenkaku and other attractions on the South side of Osaka."
