"This hotel is in an excellent location for access to many of the museums. It was a short walk across Grant Park to Shedd Aquarium. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive the room was a bit dated but functional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but that was to be expected at this price point. "I had a great stay at this hotel. It was cold in Chicago and the room was well heated, good cable tv, fridge and quiet. Any and every time I am in Chicago I stay at this hotel. Right next to Denny's and the gas station store is stocked with everything you could ever need. Plus close to the airport. I suggest it to all my convention and seminar convention goers. You cant beat the prices.. plus its a good bed in a safe area with all the amenities you need. Have a great day. "

"Staff is friendly throughout the hotel. Clean room with a great view of city. Fridge was cold. Shower had a strong hot water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust. The hair dryer is surprisingly really good. There’s a chipotle connected to the hotel in the lobby. Only gripes is since the hotel is close to northwestern hospital campus there’s sirens of ambulances through the night. If you’re close to the elevators they can be loud. Elevator wait can be a bit long....

So just days before Christmas I am out the cost of the room and was left with nowhere to sleep for the night. Extremely unhappy with how unprofessional the staff was "
