"I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. We had planned on spending time with our five year old granddaughter in the pool. Many disappointed people."

"It was an amazing experience with an awesome location to Times Square and subway all other places. Stuff were friendly and helpful. Everyday complimentary coffee, tea etc! Room was very nice and clean and comes with full size fridge, dinnerware and utensils! We were happy and satisfied! P.S the only downside was curtains didn’t shut all the way"

"Awesome hotel! Free parking! Cozy rooms that are a little dated but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast has orange juice, coffee, donuts, croissants, apples, instant oatmeal, etc. It’s about a 10 min walk to the subway to go to NYC which wasn’t bad at all. Andrea, the front desk attendant was very helpful and told us how to get to the subway station. This is the best bang for your buck if you’re looking to go to NYC. There are a couple fast food places and gas stations nearby if you need...
