"Very honest review: this is one of the most affordable stays in Oceanside Kona. Our hotel attendant, Harrison, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. 5 stars for staff and service! The room was quaint but had necessary utilities including a spacious shower a king size bed coffee maker toaster dishes and a fan. Not having a/c was the biggest drawback, but was not a dealbreaker. The room definitely had some minimal wear as well, but still felt like home. Being a guest...

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "

"This condo was great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. I find that most places have old pans and kitchen utensils. This place had good quality dishes and pans. I have to make my meals and it was nice to have good equipment. The location made it quick to get to Hapuna Beach and go boogie boarding and snorkeling. The pool was great and a quick walk to get there. We had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place. "
