"Lovely place to stay"

"We have been staying at different rentals on the island for over 18 years and this one has definitely ranked way up in the top 3. The house is private, clean and quiet as it’s on the end of a cul de sac of sorts and backs up to one of the many golf courses so there wasn’t a lot of road noise, the landscaping is well maintained and we were all very comfortable. "The living room seating wasn’t very comfortable particularly the couch. The sliding glass door needs some work. Limited cooking equipment and dishes. There isn’t a dining area. That said we enjoyed our stay and the location was great and the apartment was clean."

"This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful...

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "

"My wife and I stayed here for a week while we explored Big Island. It was conveniently located so that we could explore most of the island without too much driving. The host Katie is very responsive and communicative. Her place comes with some extra nice to haves (laundry, beach towels/chairs, sunblock, etc). Would recommend staying here."

"Close enough for daytrip drives to north, east, south and west side of course.Loved the location, groceries, shopping and eateries nearby.Best beaches in area, just parking can be an issue.Only complaint on condo was downstairs bedroom was poorly ventilated, otherwise it was lovely, perfectly furnished, needed nothing, greatly appreciated that extra.Great outdoor area and walk to pool is very short.Would definitely stay again.Wonderful staff, thank you"
