"Awesome view from lanai. Can't get any closer to ocean! Close to shops/restaurants but far enough away for peace and quiet. Easy parking. Had slight issue with check in- room was not ready- but communication with property mgr was excellent. Had room prepared within an hour. The 'central air' exhaust blows on lanai, making lanai hot, turn ac off to enjoy lanai. No biggie. Awesome shower but hot water goes quick. Kitchen packed with anything needed. Positives outweigh any negatives by far at this...
