"We had a club suite on the 4th floor overlooking the water. The view was great and the room had a sitting room and bedroom which gave us lots of space. This room also came with a free buffet cooked breakfast and happy hour. The food was tasty and differant everyday offering warm dishes, salads and fresh fruits. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It was very relaxing. I love the lanai and it was super clean. I recommend it. The downsides of staying there included long drive to South Kona beaches, loud coqui frogs at night, roosters crowing at 3 am, and bed too soft. (I was warned about the roosters from a previous review). It was cool enough to keep the bedroom window closed, which helped with the noise. Pack your sleeping pills if you are a light sleeper! The kitchen had everything. We enjoyed staying up the hill for a change and liked the neighborhood. It is a good value for the price. "

"The parking arrangement is a central garage. Minor adjustment to that. Otherwise beautiful grounds and an athletic atmosphere."

"This condo was great. It is clean, has a great kitchen with lots of spices, dishes etc Perfect for cooking meals and the grill is a bonus.The area is quiet and the lanai was great. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of beach gear. Loved the location and would stay again ."
