"I had an excellent 6 night stay in a Bungalow which had a very comfortable bed, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker (but no coffee or milk was supplied), and a very large ceiling fan which kept a breeze blowing. There is no A/C or heat, so at times the fan had to go on high or the blankets were needed but that was not an issue. "

"Our three generation extended family gathered here from around the world for an incredible one week belated Christmas celebration. The home has an amazing open feel so that whether in the kitchen, on the large sectionals, eating on the attached lanais, or doing laundry, everyone felt part of the group but still had a cozy feeling where they were. The home provides so many extras including ample beach towels and equipment, paper goods, cleaning and laundry supplies, extra items in the pantry, and plenty of seating inside and out. The location is incredibly convenient for the Kona side of the island and a doable drive for a day at the Volcano National Park. Allie was prompt and attentive with her communication. Definitely a Premier Host! Be sure to drive carefully up the driveway to the ample parking on top. You will enjoy this home!"

Yes, there are chickens and dueling feral roosters that start crowing about 3am, close the windows worked well for us, nice and cool by then. Will be back if available again!So"

"Great condo. Could not be closer to the water. The pics are very accurate. We even saw humpback whales from the balcony! Great location on south side of Kona. The kitchen was well-equipped, and many pool/beach items were available for use during stay. "
