"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue). "Pools were awesome, and the lagoon was really fun. Loved the ability to rent stand up paddle boards and other equipment to try at the lagoon. Loved swimming with the dolphins! Also loved the many towel dispensing machines. The food choices on site were limited, of poor quality, and VERY expensive. The tram was really slow and the boats were not running when we were there this time. The elevators were dirty inside, mostly food debris. The room was never cleaned even though we made 2 requests. "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "
