"Excellent option for vacation stay. We had cool air conditioner, good WiFi, kitchenette with electric stove and kitchenware. Hot/cold water runs well. Good hotel restaurant and there are many others in the area.Very close to the beach. There are mini shops close by. And a lot of sun, sand and ocean! The host and the staff are very kind, responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended! Roman and Oxana."

"The casa Lus is a lovely little hotel. We had a beautiful Balcony with lots of chairs and loungers.The room had a fridge and a microwave. There was a lovely area to lay in the sun and watch the ocean . There was a beach club Casa del Mar was located close by where you can order drinks and delicious Mexican food. The staff was very accommodating which made our stay very nice . The sunsets on the beach was spectacular. We highly recommend Casa Lus "

Bruyant (le surpresseur d eau s enclenche toutes les 5 secondes jour et nuit) . Jardin pas entretenu et pas privatisé. Vue sur les voisins. Pas de possibilite de modification de la reservation sans penalites"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at IK Hotel.. It is very basic, it was very clean, very quiet and reasonably priced. Holbox can be extremely overpriced.. this was priced exactly right for the service/comfort it offered. The owner/manager was pleasant and there were a few dogs on the property which we adored.. WIFI is slow, Coffee maker in room but No filters, Bed is Extremely Firm, Hammock very comfortable, but, no hot water in the shower to mention and the AC works GREAT! "

"The apartment was lovely and staff were very friendly. Due to transportation, we arrived an hour before checkin, and they allowed us to use all the facilities including the pool until our room was available. Excellent communication throughout our stay. "

"Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!"

"This is a beautiful and clean property! You could go barefoot and the sand was amazing! The lobby was peaceful. Lots of places to lounge and be with nature, read a book or have conversations. The ocean was fantastic, they offer cocktail and food service on the beach. The food was fresh and delicious, lots of variety daily. "

"Our trip in Holbox was on Nov 2024. We booked one of the treehouse cottage. Pros: First— staff are amazing, super helpful, and very welcoming. 2nd—the resort is top notch. Quiet. It gives that “jungle” type vibe. If you are all about connecting with nature, this is the perfect place to be. 3rd—the way the resort was located, it’s still walkable to their downtown area. Con: November- so many mosquitoes. I didn’t get to enjoy the lounge over the roof because I became the buffet. BRING bug spray. Restaurant in the resort provides healthy eats that are overpriced. The way the bathroom of our treehouse was designed had no ventilation. Worst- there was sewage issues, it was not pleasant. "

"Isaac, Reyna, Patricia and all staff members were attentive and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel was just what we were looking for; quiet and away from town. If you wanted to get to the hustle and bustle a Taxi (ATV) is just a call away."
