"Location was great, bed comfy clean towels. Needs few touches plugs in better location needs bathroom shelf, side table etc. Sadly lift not working throughout stay BIG impact on our stay as we were on top floor 8 levels from ground very steep stairs. It deterred us from shopping as unable to carry things upstairs. Our knees badly swollen now!!! Staff were lovely. Needs blackout blinds slightly noisy rooms doors banging"

"Check in was very easy, breakfast times and checkout times explained by friendly, helpful staff. We booked a table for the evening, the meals were delicious and didn't take too long to come out, also the drinks reasonable. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well appointed for the price with plenty of sockets for both our teenage daughters electronic devices, hair straightener etc. The fact that breakfast is included in the price makes it extremely good value."

"I was pleasantly surprised. Comfy bed. Clean as you like dorm. Even had a hairdryer in dressing table drawer. Really enjoyed my stay. Such friendly and helpful staff too."
