"The hotel is in a central location not too far from parking lots. For certain people, the stairs may be difficult (no elevator!). The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but well kept. We were only there one night and really didn't have any issues. We would stay here again."

Pros:very clean, great location with lots of dining and drinks options, good air conditioning, communicative host Cons: the neighborhood is very loud. "This property was fantastic in terms of its location and size. We were right in the heart of Old San Juan and couldn't have asked for more in terms of the kitchen & living space, two bedrooms, and two giant (and freshly remodeled) bathrooms. The quirks about this place were manageable but could be improved: finding the specific apartment in the building was tricky as there are no staff on site and we didn't see a single other guest. The staff were responsive via email and phone but why are...
