"The only complaint I had was the shower not having a door or a floor barrier to keep the water from getting on the floor outside the shower. Otherwise I would still stay again and definitely recommend it. Excellent price for the location, cleanliness and amenities. The sleeping arrangements are also great for a family of 4. Spacious living areas including the bathroom."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"The room, location and view were great. After the checkin confusion we had a great time. Everyone was nice and helpful. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and the toilet seat drove us crazy but everything else was great. It is an older building and it would take very little to push this nice room into luxury. "

"This property was a great find. An excellent area to visit the city, with great views and comfortable living areas. If we had to be super picky, the shower curtain could be lower to avoid flooding the floor, a few more chairs on the deck would be nice, and I'd put sliders on the dining chairs so they workshop be as noisy.
