"What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. "This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....
