"We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"We celebrated our 7th annual family FathersDay. It was easy directions and access to the house. The home was peaceful, away from people and secure. The pool was smaller than we expected and we did have wifi connection issues. The view was beautiful in the sun and in the rain. Communication with the host was instantaneous. They were very accommodating. My family loved the hammock!!! My granddaughter left behind her Coach purse and they promised to mail it to my home. ❤️ 😍"

"My family & I stayed here it was a group of 5 . They had everything we needed . Sunscreen , towels , water . Gave us complimentary Jell-O shots they were amazing along with a six pack of beer . Everything was very clean . The two rooms towards the back were very hot no AC units in them but we bought fans for both rooms & it was fine . "This house is so beautiful. There were 8 in our group which included 2 young children. It has so much space to gather, eat dinner together, and just hang out. The outdoor space is well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of seating and the pool was easy to enter and perfect for children and adults. The host was amazing and easily available."

It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. "We really enjoyed our week in this San Juan home. Its a great location with easy access to places. We rented two cars four our extended family of 7. The house was very clean and so much attention to detail and design, we were very impressed. The owner clearly cares about welcoming guests into the home.
