"Very lovely property! The location is awesome and right near everything. We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "The apartment was great! Great location, large terrace which overlooked Calle de la Luna. This is where we spent most of time. Very clean, kitchen was good for preparing simple meals. Master bedroom was roomy. The second bedroom was small but comfortable. Three flights of stairs were no problem for us."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!"

"The building is dated and under construction, but we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, very easy and short ride to beaches and walkable to many restaurants and bars. We did not hang out at the pool as it was dated and the building under construction so kind of an eyesore. The beach right in front is rough so we went elsewhere. Overall it was great for the price and our needs."

"Can't beat this flat. Perfect location in a relatively quiet part of a lively neighborhood at a price that's hard to beat (at least that's the rate we got). Central to everything in San Juan, and just across the street from the ocean. Flat is compact but has everything you could need for a vacation stay. Just keep in mind that although parking is 'available' it's actually in a public pay facility. We had a few questions for the manager, Malika got back to us right away."

"The location was perfect. The room was spotless with water bottles in the fridge a hot plate to cook, plenty of toiletries, real coffee and very convenient. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton Hotel, has a balcony over looking the ocean and is in walking distance from the beach and water activities. The host was responsive and the guard is friendly. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I'd definitely stay here again."

"We really like the condo overall. It was clean, well stocked and fit six adult and a one year old comfortably. There are /c in the rooms with are a must at night. It’s in the last floor so you have a nice view. There is only one parking spot so of you have more than one vehicle, the second one has to be parked on the street. This is common in many of these private-gated condo developments. It’s not far from the suit port and fairly easy to find. The hostess is very responsive and nice."

"My stay here was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday. Waking up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Playa Mar Chiquita was so close and a beautiful beach to relax.
