The only thing that my room did not have was a phone to call reception which would have been inconvenient for me to be going up and down just to ask questions. "Great location to walk around Old San Juan. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially John, with sightseeing and travel tips. Hotel decor is amazing. Only downsides for us were the placement of the TV toward the bed instead of the sofa and not having a window. We would definitely stay there again but look for a room plan that provides those since both are important to us."
