"The resort was nice, we didn't realize how big it was when we reserved. Presidential suites is very out of the way and this resort is huge. It was quiet, clean, the cleaning staff and service were excellent. A problem we had was that the cold water in our shower didn't work, and took 3 days to address. The same for restocking our fridge (restocked half way in a week long stay, after requesting numerous times), staff CONSTANTLY calling in the morning. The resort is huge, and you will be walking...
