"This was easily one of our best vacations ever! The villa was the perfect size and location for our group of 19. "The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."
